乡村全面振兴，村干部首先要有担当，村两委不能当“甩手掌柜”，要落实主体责任，把担子担起来。我认为落实管党治党责任、树立正确政绩观，关键是将权力运行置于阳光之下。要梳理村级“小微权力”清单，紧盯惠农资金、集体“三资”管理等腐败易发环节，严格执行“四议两公开”制度，用好村务公开栏等载体晒出权力运行情况，让权力在群众的监督下运行，从源头防治群众身边不正之风和腐败问题。
